Mugging for exams last minute - does it work?

As per topic.

I try to study bit by bit and try to match my revision with ongoing lessons. But somehow, procrastination always sets in and i ended up studying seriously only one month before exams. ^^"

Depends on the difficulty, depth and amount of contents to be covered and mastered for that particular subject.

But generally, mugging at the last minute only works effectively if you have the correct strategy, though you're strongly not advised to.

Consistent daily studying & revision + read-up before the lesson is still the best and correct studying method.
