Sleeping more on weekends.... Empty Sleeping more on weekends....

If you stay up really late on Friday or Saturday, thinking that sleeping in will reverse the damage, you are totally wrong!

Sleeping more on weekends confuses your body and makes it harder to sleep the next night! This cycle leaves you cranky - and may even trigger hormones that make you overeat and gain weight.


So... Do sleep early and wake up early ya? Don't sleep in too much.
